Refund Policy
At Kavahana, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products, and your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, whether the sachet is opened or not. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- Opened or unopened, both are covered by our satisfaction guarantee
To start a return, email us at orders@kavahana.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
To get a different item, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order separately once your return is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you retain your statutory 14-day right to cancel or return your order for any reason. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to EU orders as well.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
