Refund Policy

At Kavahana, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. Your satisfaction means everything to us. While we do not accept returns on opened items due to food safety regulations, if you're unsatisfied with your experience, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Eligibility

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at orders@kavahana.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food items

  • Perishable goods (including kava nectar)

  • Custom products or personalized items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and sale items

Exchanges

To get a different item, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order separately once your return is approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
