I gave kava nectar a try after a couple of years of traditional prep and tons of very mixed reviews on micronized or instant kava. I LOVE this stuff. It is so easy to use and saves me so much time compared to traditional prep. Helps me feel nice and relaxed, and the sleep I get after is just plain beautiful.
